Corrections policy
How to report an error, and what we do about it.
We want our work to be accurate. If you believe something we published is wrong, email [email protected] or use our contact page and choose "Correction". Please include the article link, the passage in question and, ideally, a source.
What happens next
- The Portal Football Editorial Desk reviews every correction request.
- If we agree a factual error was made, we correct the article and add a note at the end describing the change.
- Minor fixes to spelling, grammar or formatting are made without a note.
If we decide no correction is needed, we will tell you why when you have given us a way to reply.
